How to purchase tickets
- Purchase tickets at the counter
- Tickets can be purchased at the station where a station staff member is present (for bus tickets, at the bus ticket counter). Please tell the staff at the counter which ticket you would like.

- Please proceed to the purchase site from the link on the product page and follow the instructions to complete the purchase procedure.
After your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. When boarding the train, launch the digital ticket screen from the link provided in the email, press the "Use" button, and show it to the staff.
- Take the train/bus with the purchased ticket
- Please put your ticket into the automatic ticket gate. If you are taking a bus, please show your ticket to the driver.
- Use facilities and benefits
- Please present your voucher at the ticket office and exchange it for an admission ticket/travel ticket.
