Central Japan International Airport opened in 2005 with the aim to become the doorway that connects the central Japan area to the world. It is an international airport that combines domestic and international flights, making everything simple for everybody. At the commercial retail area at the passenger terminal building known as "Sky Town", there are restaurants and shops so that people besides passengers can have fun.

Sugimoto Art Museum
Artwork of renowned Japanese oil painter Kenkichi Sugimoto are on exhibit in this museum. You can see all of Sugimoto's artwork here.

20 to 30 minutes on a high-speed boat from Kowa port
A path that is enclosed on the side with Meiji era pipes and Showa era shochu pots. On the sloping road are pipes called "kesawa" which are used to burn bricks. The path is a collection of pottery material that is not needed anymore.
